I’m particularly interested in the HUB lawn as a public forum – as a place where certain types of public discourses circulate in a way that is “dangerous”. Not that these types of advocates are themselves “dangerous”, but that the publicness itself is “dangerous” to the discourse. Hence, if you just ask the question “How do you know if God exists?”, you may get an answer like “orgasm” and you may have to accept it. The fellow who owns this whiteboard didn’t seem to happy with it. He also didn’t seem happy with me taking a picture of it. Too bad…
