Since I already gave you my preface by e-mail, I will move directly to what’s up for Thursday and then to blog notes from today.

For Thursday, please:

• Read Alcoff’s “The Problem of Speaking for Others,” which you might want to print for Thursday’s class.   Take notes as you read.
• After you read Alcoff, take a deep breath, exhale, and put your feet up.
• Compose, categorize and publish your own blog entry in response to this prompt.  Then, fini!
